Two New Flagship Laser Cutting Solutions
AI-Enabled Sheet Metal Laser Cutting
The new sheet metal laser cutting machine combines high-speed processing with intelligent assistance. AICutter adjusts cutting parameters to simplify process setup, while AI Fault Diagnosis assists with troubleshooting and BodorAI Assistant provides conversational support for machine operation and cutting applications. A rigid cast-iron bed supports stable high-speed cutting. Optional automatic nozzle changing and zoned dust extraction further support efficient production.
Tube Laser Cutting with Optional Drilling and Tapping
The new tube laser cutting machine integrates cutting with optional drilling and tapping, supported by a 14-station tool magazine with automatic tool changing. Intelligent chucks automatically match clamping force to tube specifications, while laser scanning tracks the tube center in real time. Optional weld seam recognition uses a high-resolution camera to identify the weld seam, enabling seam avoidance and compensation during cutting. An automatic conveyor carries offcuts, slag and debris to a rear collection basket, reducing routine manual cleaning of the cutting area.
